Chair Yoga is a gentle form of Yoga that improves balance, flexibility, concentration, and strengthens muscles. It is done sitting and standing while holding the chair for balance. The class is taught by Berenice Sansone, a certified instructor. Cost is $3. Bring a mat, towel, and bottled water.
